3 cups Cranberry juice cocktail

Raspberry Lemonade Fizz
24 ounces frozen raspberries, thawed and undrained
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 (2 Liter) bottle ginger ale

In a 4-quart saucepan, bring the raspberries to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cook, stir frequently, until the berries have broken apart and released their juices, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Using a fine-mesh sieve, strain the berries to remove the seeds, pushing down on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible. You should have about 1½ cups. Refrigerate raspberry juice until chilled, at least 2 hours.
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine raspberry juice and lemonade concentrate. Stir in ginger ale and serve immediately over ice, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
Simple Party Punch
(serves appx 15)
1 2 liter lemon-lime soda
1 container of fruit punch
1 small container of sherbet
Ice or ice ring
To make an easy ice ring: Place water in a ring shaped jell-o mold and freeze over night.
Plop right into your punch! You can also add fruits to your water to be “fancy.
Combine soda and punch, add scoops of sherbet on top.
Mad Hatter Party Punch Recipe
1 gallon Hawaiian Punch (any color could be used)
2-liter lemon-lime soda
46-oz pineapple juice (this size comes in a can – I used 4½ 10oz bottles)
Combine all liquids. Chill.
Serve with ice.
Optional: Rim glass with colored sugar.

Easy Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade
Prep time:10 mins
Serves: 1 large pitcher, about 6-8 cups
2/3 cup white sugar, superfine is best
2/3 cup water
1 and 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup (~4-5 whole large lemons) freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 cups ice cubes
3 cups sparkling water or club soda
Combine the sugar, water, blueberries, and lemon zest in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the sugar is melted and blueberries are starting to burst.
Remove from the heat and pass through a fine sieve. Let this blueberry syrup completely cool.
Meanwhile, juice the lemons to get 1 cup lemon juice.
In a large blender, add the blueberry syrup, lemon juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the sparkling water or club soda.

1 half-gallon box of lime sherbet
1 2 liter of Ginger Ale
Scoop lime sherbet into a large bowl
Slowly pour in Ginger Ale
Let sherbet melt into the ale
Apple Cider Punch (recipe from BHG)
6 cups apple cider
2 cups orange juice, cranberry-raspberry juice, or orange-mango juice (I used orange juice)
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 750-ml bottle sparkling white grape juice or sparkling wine
In punch bowl, large pitcher, or pitchers combine apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice. Slowly add sparkling white grape juice or sparkling wine.
